www.forFUNDSonline.com, a service of S'Kool Smartz, Inc., will never willfully disclose personally identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that customer's permission, unless necessary for legal reasons. We believe in the principle of minimal data collection. Any information we collect about users is always analyzed in the aggregate. We do not and will never disclose individual records or survey data to third parties (unless mandated under court order). However, we reserve the right to share aggregate information and data collected during registration.

Information Collection and Use

We collect information from our users at several different points on the website – for the sole purpose of supporting the direct services we provide.

• Participant data is collected at Registration to enable us to track sales for each participant to ensure proper sales credit to the participant's organization. Participant data is kept no longer than 60 days after the completion of the fundraising campaign for which the participant registered.
• Purchaser data is collected at Checkout to enable us to process the financial transaction, and deliver purchases. Credit Card or Check data is never cached, but sent directly to our Merchant Gateway ECHO (http://www.echo-inc.com) for verification and processing. Shipping and order information is kept no longer than 90 days to allow reconciliation of any purchasing disputes.

The Security of Your Sensitive Information

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. All information collected on our website is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. Our Policy on Information Sharing

www.forFUNDSonline.com, a service of S'Kool Smartz, Inc., does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to other parties. This Privacy Statement will be proactively updated to reflect any changes to this practice in the future. We may use this information to provide aggregate statistics about our users, sales, traffic patterns, and other site information to third party entities, but will include no personally identifiable information. The personal information would only be shared under requirement of law.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file written to a user's hard drive that contains the User ID. The cookies do not contain any personal information about users. The use of cookies is now widespread. The reason we use cookies is to manage 'stateful' information to enhance the effectiveness of our site. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
